Threat a bobber stop on the line as usual, instead of adding the bobber/float neaxt add a svivel right below the stopper. Then add a couple of split shots and attach the hook as usual. The svivel allows for a quick change of the bobber/float as needed. If the bobber/float only has an in-line application, threat a 10# line through the hole and tie it off with a loop knot on the bottom.
