Jesse, how do you know that allready? It's a bit over 6 months away. Yet, if you can't make it you will be missed.
I hope to be there, regardless. Just need to make my reservation for the cabin, which I sshould be able to take care of within the next few weeks.

yeah i don't get on this thing much (puter)just to check mail and set up my load runs. We are going to do our best to be there.ya'll know why i said i would do my best to be there, this truckin business is one of the craziest things i have known. there is no real rhyme or reason to the way they do things. At least when we are all there and we get skunked i know it isn't just me and my non knowledge of fishing and i'm in good company

It looks pretty bleak with the meet right now. Most of the sites are booked, and I don't think that anyone has made any reservations, yet. I hate to say it, but it seems as if I have to cancel next year's meet. But we are on as of right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I have made it official on the NAFC forum, this year is the last time that the annual meet will be under the NAFC name. Also, I have made it official there that we have changed our name.
The annual meet will still be held as planned and intented. Just not with the NAFC name in it anymore.
With that being said, the next meet is coming up fast. We need to compile ideas for the next years. I have tried to encourage y'all to brainstorm and post any ideas here. Please, make an effort and post anything possible here. I'll open a new post as soon as I finsihed this post.

Well, a week from today I will have Lee's truck and boat loaded with my junk (yes, we are carpooling to the lake). Hope to see y'all there safe and in one piece. Looking forward to a great time.

Terry, where are you? Hope all is well. Haven't heard from you in a while.
Jesse will not be at the meet, due to back problems.
We will need to decide if we are going to have another meet at Inks next year or somewhere else. Again, a decision has to be made at the meet, and the final location has to be decided on within 6-8 weeks thereafter, if that is the route we are deciding to go! Please, brainstorm and have some suggestions very, very soon!
Looking forward to the meet and 4 days of fishing and, as Cat calls it, "Male Bonding". LOL

I POSTED PLACES I HAVE BEEN TO TERRY HAS ALSO SAID ABOUT A PLACE BUT I GUESS YOU FORGOT. LIKE I"VE SAID BEFORE ALL STATE PARKS ARE REALLY NICE.

Jesse, your statement is not true. Any recommendation will be taken into consideration. It may just make it easier to decide for us if some one has been to one of the places already and has an idea of how it is!
Nonetheless, we have to make a quick decision to either have it at Inks one more year or to move somewhere else. Remember y'all, the venue was to be changed every 3 years!
