I know the club is a "catch and release" club, but I do sometimes take fish home to eat... is that a violation of policy? I guess I didn't think fast enough to ask at the meeting. I do not catch and dump, I release or take home to eat, not hit the taxidermist..... If someone could set me right, I'd appreciate it....thanks, I just want to be clear about where I'm coming from.

I have to second what James said.

If there are legal size fish you'd like to keep you can certainly do so. We, as the chapter, just want to promote the catch and release in order to conserve our fisheries. Especially to our youth!

Carol,

I too love seafood and have it whenever I have a chance. I even eat stuff that would make many people vomit. LOL It's just the way I grew up back in Germany.

I sure paniced for a few minutes when I noticed my shades missing. Accidents happen. No hard feelings. Had a good laugh. Hope to see you at the next meeting. I make sure that my glasses are on me at all times. LOL
