The four officers of the chapter met yesterday to discuss some issues and problems that we are having at the moment. We willl fill the membership in with more detail during the next meeting. Here is a run-down for everybody on what has been discussed and decided.

- Each member will have to RSVP for the meetings and events
- Membership dues will be collected on a monthly basis
- The membership will have to take on little tasks toward planned events
- The officers will meet one week before the official meeting/event to discuss upcoming agenda
- Two amendent WILL BE voted in at the next meeting
- A point system for all members will be introduced
- Meetings during the hot summer months will be in A/C controlled environment
- Meetings during the rest of the year will be at area lakes
- The meeting will be cancelled if less then 2 members RSVP
- RSVP one (1) week in advance
- The chapter is open to any one, regardless of NAFC membership

As mentioned before, the details will be discussed during the next meeting. We highly encourage everybody to RSVP and come to the meetings. Bring family, friends, and anybody who is interested in fishing and the outdoors.

Welcome. Yes, you did read that right. We are trying to gain more members and all we care is that they like to fish, are want to improve and preserve our environment. Any questions you have will be answered as soon as we can get to you. Don't get mad if you don't get a reply right away.

I have to second what Terry said. We decided to open the chapter to any fishing enthusiast and their friends and families. Our main goal is to promote good sportsmanship and the conservation of our fisheries and wildlife for future generations. We also have several projects in the works, which will include the community and a way for us to say thanks to the service men and women. Join in and be part, eventhough you are a little further away then most of us. But, perhaps when you in the area, we can meet up and drown some worms together.
