We have decided on 2 more amendments, which have been voted in and will be signed off at the next meeting.
3rd Amendment states that if only 2 members RSVP one week before the scheduled meeting, the meeting will be officially canceled.
4th Amendment states that membership dues will be collected for every month, regardles of attending a meeting or not. It can be paid for the year or on a monthly basis.
