Community Announcement from kaiman

It is official. Our name has changed. The discussion about a possible name change has been going on for a little while now and finally we have come to the conclusion that it will be to the best for our club to drop the NAFC all together and split away. The Mission Statement and the Bi-Laws will not be changed. Today’s meeting was decision time on what name we will take. Also, for our next meeting, we have decided that a decision will be made on a logo for our club. The logo should include the name and a reflection of our multi species objective. At this time we ask for all attending members to brain storm and have at least three possible logos at the next meeting, at which time we will make a final decision on which logo will represent us best. Please bring a color printout of your ideas! As always, the next meeting will be the second Saturday of the month, which will be January 10, 2009 at Calaveras Lake. From here on out we will be the “South Texas Multi Species Club” Over the next weeks we will make all changes necessary to the forum. The link, for now, will remain the same. Stop by often and show presence. I want to thank everybody who was involved in this endeavor. Keep up the good work and we will achieve our overall goals as set at the very first meeting.
