APRIL MEET

Let's take a site over by force.  We'll let Kai do all the talking and pretend like we're all German and don't know the local rules.  I know i know, don't worry, I can pull it off too.

  Guys, what is going on?  I am looking for a fishing buddy for this sunday or next weekend some time...What is going on with the site reservations?  Are they all booked?  If so, what about Braunig???  The earlier we can get to the Dead Tree Point, the better...good spot for stripers and reds...and whatever else happens along.  Do I need to call and find a site?  Look, I have nothing but time on my side, remember................................

  Look, Calaveras is not a bad site, if there are no sites available, Braunig is the next best thing...unless you want to go to another pay-site?  Let me know, I can check out the family park by me off of Nelson Rd. for the meet.  The Medina River runs through the property..  Shallow but has some okay sized cats and trout, along with a few, and I do mean few, glass carp/minnows..................

  Does the "monthly meet" have to at Calaveras?  Can't we mix it up a bit??  I know, it all depends on what's available, but we can work with what's available, at either lake????

Whatever y'all want and decide on works for me. Next weekend is easter anyway, and I don't think that we would have much luck anywhere.

  Okay, does this mean no meeting this month then?  Should we meet the weekend after Easter???  There is not enough inofrmation being put out.......And no, I do not talk as much or more than a typical female...just not enough info, do not want to read between the lines and be wrong......

BOTH LAKES ARE BOOKED FULL FOR EASTER WKEND. 

      I WILL BE HAVING SURGERY THIS FRIDAY 04-10-09 EASTER WKEND TO REMOVE GALL BLADDER. FINNALY FOUND WHAT WAS THE PAIN I WAS HAVING  

Jesse, I really sorry to hear that!  I know 3 people who have had the surgery, they and they have had no problems at all...I wish you a speedy recovery, and the least amount of discomfort....let us know how it goes.... please!

We could have the meet the weekend after Easter, if there is still any spots open for that time that is.

It seems that we are all out of steam and enthusiasm for the club. Let's see what is going to happen within the next few weeks.

Oh, it's not really the steam imo...i think Kai and I have talked about this before whereas we have some members that lurk a lot on the site and don't post which doesnt help alot.  We've been talking about advertising in the past but this site is a great way to do that...but we've beat that horse a thousand times...regardless, I'm committed to the club.  I want to fish this weekend intexas, preferably saturday if possible, so if u still need a fishing partner, lemme know. 

I wish you well Jesse with a fast recovery.  You'll be in my thoughts this weekend.  Let us know how you're doing.

Kai, let me know the best time to call you.  Got a few things I'd like to hash over with ya.

  Hello out there...I may not be able to make some meetings, and still consider my self a member .....Until I am able to get another vehicle, the yearly meet is out...I have to share the Envoy with my sister, she does work for a living, I do not.  Unfortunately, her job is crazy busy, and for the last several weeks, she's working weekends too...sucks to be a paralegal/legal assisstant sometimes...but she is very good at what she does!  So, I have to plan my time with the vehicle, if you know what I mean.....  It can only be for a day, or half a day at a time.  This is where the frustration comes in.  Look, I have more time on my hands than most of the group...I can make reservations, but only on the 1st of the month,when I get paid.  Just let me know, if this would make anything easier.  I am more than willing to help, but I need some feedback on this one...........

  I guess I "cruise" the site more than post, looking for anything that's different and new...it's been awfully quiet lately....too quiet, if you know what I mean...

I fully agree with ya intexas....but umm, lemme know if u wanna hit dead tree point....
