  Congratulations!!  Not many people get there, I'm glad you did!!  My did passed away last year, but if he had made it another year, they would have been married 57 years....  Nice to see people do last together!!

THANK YOU INTEXAS 2 /RIGHT NOW ITS DURING MY GALLBLADDER SURGERY,  12 YRS. AGO ON OUR 23 ANNIVERSARY ON THAT DAY I TORE MY ROTATOR CUFF TENDION AT WORK  WE HAD PLANS FOR THAT EVENING BUT NOPE. WAS IN A SLING AND 20 DAYS LATER SURGERY AND ON WORKERS COMP. FOR 2 MONTHS.  WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS

  Have you checked Braunig?  To be honest, I do not know which of the "pay sites" would be the best choice....  I know the point is one of the better sposts, but you have to get there either the day before, or super early to get any of the space there....  To the left, by the office/store is not a bad spot, and all the way to the left is also good......the closest to the "cove" at the left side the better......

   And, sometimes when it pours, it pours for a while!  Just glad to hear you're doing a bit better!

Terry, did ya check Braunig as intexas suggested or are we going with an alternate plan?  Just curious

The sites for both lakes are booked solid for the whole month. I'm open to ideas.

wow... I don't want to impose on your friends Terry, but is it possible to go to your friend's with the catfish tank?

  Okay guys, it seem we may be at an impasse....I have a lot more time on my hands than most.  Would It help If I tried to make reservations at either lake for the next meeting?  Trust me, the only time I am out of the house, is when I have an appointment, and have to drive my sister to work......  Don't fizzle now, there are several spots the group can try....off of Old  Pearsall Rd,and Nelson Rd, Salas Family Park...it is small, but the Medina river runs through it, and you can camp out...it does have out houses, but it would help to bring your own TP...  It does cost 10 buck a carload, but that covers up to 5 people....  There is also the place off of 1604 close to Hwy. 90, that you do have to walk down to, c'mon, someone has to know of some other places....

I wish I did intexas, but to be honest I just want to get together at a good fishing spot.  I know you've always mentioned good spots and unless the officers disagree I would love for you to find us a good fishing spot..  I WANNA FISH WITH YALL!!!!!!!    : )
