having trouble posting today got them in lake champlain between ny. and vermont.

It might be me but I seem to be having trouble posting I got the cats in Lake champlain. It's the border water between NY. and Vermont.

Lake Champlain it's the border water between NY. and Vermont. No blues or flatties but if you work at it you can always get at least 1 30" and over 10 lbs.

Jesse did you read the seven deadly in the mag. by keith sutton. he was commenting on baitsand said you coulndn't catchbig cats on anything but live or cut bait. I don't know how big the channels get in my home lake but I get 20 to 30 lb. cats each yr. got 1 last week close to 20 on chick liver.When they are hungry I don't think they care.

Jesse, cat time is here. I caught 13 on sat. 4 which qualify for the catch and release program. the biggest was almost 20lbs.

I think so. Back here on the local stream we have a pool called the clay hole. 10 yr. old boys I bet u can guess the results, mothers were not happy.

I do chum sometimes but the darn things are all over the place.

I'm 57 yrs. old and been fishing most of them and if you haven't been on your backsideyou ain,t been fishing. I can,t count the times I have.
