hey vato loco, dont let $$$ stop you...all I want is your time and company...ill pick you up whereever, buy the bait and beer...take you home afterwords. Better for me than fishing alone!
Im a retired air force vet myself. habla espanol? I was a spanish linguist in the air force! que locura, verdad! I know a free spot you can still reach the river, near color spot off 1604...hooked something big there once but lost it...anyways, call me at 422-4881 if you want to go! or we can go to calaveras or braunig in my boat. I dont want any money,I just want a partner who knows how to bait his own hook! this offer goes for anyone else who read this too.
ok last one I promise this link is to a second area I want to try, same story it is a pay to get in park/camping area...doesnt cost much though and I bet there is no one there at night
ok one more experiment with a link...just trying to show where I want to go catch some big yellws sorry about my lack of computer skillz
ok thats a little better...the woods and road along the upper right side of the picture is where I want to fish...that is a 1/4 mile or so stretch of the medina river in van ormy. the area is an rv campground.
tried the link, and it shows my spot for a sec then switches to downtown...I dunno why
not sure if this will work or not...but here is I hope a link to google maps showing the area I want to fish...if it works there is a rectangle football size field in the center of the map, and some woods north of it...the campground is those woods and a bend of the river winds through it.
I want to try the medina river...I want to catch some perch out of millers pond first, then go to a campground I know of where you can fish about 1/4 mile of the river. I think it may have some big cats, lots of structure along that stretch of river! call me at 322-4881 ask for Scott
I caught that one in Nebraska, he was 52inches long, nice and big!...I used a live white perch for bait. I bet there are some that size in the medina river..I know of two places that give good access to a decent stretch of the river...who wants to try it with me, and when? I will have four days off this coming weekend, fri, sat, sun and monday...call me at 422-4881 ask for Scott if you want to join me to try and catch a monster
I want to get some live perch out of millers pond on pearsall road for bait, then head to the river and fish for some big catz.
anybody like to fish for yellow cats in rivers at night? I want to do some of that kind of fishing. let me know if anyone wants to join me, I know a couple of spots I think might have some big ones!
